UMW Ruth’s Circle will meet Mon, 23rd, at 10:30 am in the FLC Christian Women’s Café will meet in the evening at 7 pm in the Welcome Center.

Early Reserve the Date to Church Family; UMW will hold their Bake Sale on Sunday, May 13th, Mother’s Day.

UMW and all Ladies, Reserve the date Monday, May 21st is our “Hats On Dine Out” so start planning on which hat to wear!

Tuesday, 17th, will be our monthly Chick Flick. Come join us at 5:45 pm at Chili's for food and fellowship and then onto a movie!

The UMW's "Chick Flick" movie night is scheduled for Tuesday, February 28. Come to Chili's for dinner at 5:45; we will decide which movie to see and proceed to the Rave after dinner.

The UMW will be using a Texas theme for the spring brunch this year.

We are in need of ladies and children’s cowboy/cowgirl boots to use in our decorations. If you have cowboy boots you can lend us, please contact Sandy Payne at 940/497-3489 or Susan Anderson at 940/497-2707.

We need these as soon as possible. We promise will take good care of them and return them after the brunch. Thank you for contributing.

The UMW ladies will hold their first bake sale of the year! The date is Sunday, Feb 12th, just before Valentine's Day. Remember to buy some sweets for your sweetheart! If there is something special you might like, ask around, as we do have some favorite items that are requested; such as red velvet cake, Martha’s banana pudding, blueberry pie, just to name a few.

And remember, the proceeds all go to support UMW missions!! Thanking you in advance for your support!

Saturday, March 31, 2012 is UMW’s Spring Brunch.

All UMW ladies are invited to a luncheon at noon on Saturday, Feb 4th, at the home of Susan Anderson. Bring fresh ideas for planning the Spring Brunch along with a favorite dish you think would be good to serve at our brunch! You do not have to sign-up to be on a committee, just bring a sample of food; we are looking for new recipes/dishes to serve at the Spring Brunch!!

The UMW is holding a bake sale this Sunday, Nov. 20th. Please stop by the kitchen after each service this Sunday and pick up something yummy to take home! This will be the last fund raiser for the UMW ladies, as in December they will distribute the money raised all year to the different missions they support. We appreciate all your participation and support throughout the year.
